The coffee is our sustainability crop and can produce approximately $250,000 of annual gross revenue. However, the coffee must be watered daily during the dry season which runs from April thru November. Our electrical supply is unreliable. We incur blackouts daily for as long as 10 hours. Our current backup plan is to operate a very costly diesel generator.
