In order to provide world class coffee, the proper equipment is necessary to pulp, ferment, dry, hull and grade the coffee before shipment to the buyers in the USA. The equipment will be installed under roof on an open-air cement platform with electrical supply (feed by our solar panels) and water drainage. A large paver patio will be constructed for the drying area under shade trees.
